| 具体要求： |

1、Current product line management: - Formal and management existing product line. Evaluate, optimize and upgrade current product line. - Establish product management system, analyze product performance regularly in terms of volume and value, financial performance…etc. by channel by category by region by segmentation by price range by SKU; Improve product sales & finance performance; - Explore existing product unique selling point, optimize product communication; - Direct competitive product benchmark & analysis for key products; Define opportunity, build category hero by segment; 2、New product launch and development: - Develop new product, identify new market opportunity. Update product launch schedule bi-weekly; - Work closely with HMD R&D team, and Kunshan manufacturing team; - Contribute to work out product roadmap in next 3 year, support to multi-channel business strategy, support to continuously business growth; - New product launch procedure (Channel/dealer & retail/Consumer), support product-to-marketing; 3、Marketing research – Market intelligence monthly report; tracking and monitor market circumstance, dynamic and trends of market, industry, competitive brand and consumer, – By sales channel market insight, information offering to provide data support, guidance and consultant for strategic decision making by channel; – Product research to support R&D; – Existing & potential consumer understanding; – Study of consumer buying behavior in POS; |
