Main responsibilities: - Procurement of electrical and electronic and mechanical parts and components and modules； - Procurement of production and decoration equipment and machines； - Time and delivery date hunting； - Forecast and planning together with Sourcing Engineers； - Track material demand and buy commodities and parts； - Planning and communication with Production department； - Support and check Warehouse and stock regarding parts availability； - Collect invoices from suppliers, match with the PO and receiving data, prepare payment requisition to Finance department； - Create system reports for Sourcing department； - Maintain SAP database on regular base； - Price negotiation together with Sourcing； Requirements: - Bachelor or above； - Minimum of 3 years working experience for purchasing； - Good supply chain and logistic know how； - Familiar with SAP, goods PC skills； - Good English with written and oral； - Good team player； - Strong communication skills； |
