Task and Responsibilities 工作职责 ? Take on project-based electrical and controls engineering responsibilities and support project managers to complete engineering designs within budget and schedule； 对项目中的电气控制工程负责，支持项目经理完成工程设计，符合预算与进度要求； ? Develop control architecture and PLC I/O list: 根据管线仪表图制作控制系统的点表，设计控制系统的框架，电动机载荷清单； ? Design control panel and supervise panel assembly； 设计控制柜、连接盒，并监督控制柜的组装； ? Produce standard documentations of instrumentation and control, such as grounding diagram, cable schedule, load list etc 制作符合石化、化工和国际标准的电气系统过程文件，例如 设备接地图，电缆表，负荷清单等 ? Engage client and vendors on technical discussions and clarifications, produce work packages for procurement, fabrication and installation； 参与客户和供应商的技术讨论与说明，制定用于采购、安装和加工的工作包； ? Perform electrical site supervision and commissioning work； 项目的现场管理以及调试工作； ? Assist in supervision and training of new trainees and graduate engineering assistants； 协助监督并培训新实习生及毕业生工程助理； ? Other extra work assignments from the department when needed. 在必要时完成部门布置的其他工作任务。 Requirements 职位要求 Education: Bachelors degree or higher in electrical, or control and instrumentation engineering； 教育：电气控制相关专业本科学历； Working Experience: Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in a project environment in the environmental technology, chemical, or energy related industries； 工作经验：至少有3年以上在环境技术、化工或能源相关行业工作经验； Technical & Professional Knowledge: 技术和专业知识： ? Working knowledge of electrical （motor control center, VSD etc） and control devices （process instruments, analyzer, actuator etc）； 相关的马达控制中心，变频器知识以及过程控制测量仪表，分析仪表和执行器的知识 ? Experience in high end Siemens, Allen Bradley, GE and Schneider PLC 有高端PLC 系统的使用经验（SIEMENS，AB，GE和Schneider）. ? Good knowledge in both local and international codes, standards and regulations； 熟悉国内和国际规范、标准和法规 ? Proficient in using relevant engineering design software eg Eplan is desirable； 精通应用相关工程设计软件 优先考虑； ? Experience in vendor engagement and technical evaluation； 能够与供应商进行技术澄清和沟通谈判； ? Good client management and communication skills； 好的客户管理和沟通技巧； ? Communicable written and spoken English； 一般英语说写； Special Requirements: 其他要求： ?
