QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS 职位要求 1.BS degree in Engineering or Business, must but not limited/本科以上学历,工程或商务相关专业. 2.1+ years working experience in instruments or process industries/一年以上仪器仪表或流程工业（石油、石化、化工）相关工作经验. 3.Pressure and temperature instruments sales experience is highly preferred/压力和温度仪表销售经验优先考虑. 4.Be experienced in both direct or channel sales/ 有直销或渠道销售经验. 5.Highly motivated, self-starter and be capable of independently working under high pressure environment/能在高压环境下工作，有较高积极性、主动性. 6.Be willing to work with team members and other functional departments/诚实、正直、乐观并富有团队合作精神. 7.Above average communication and negotiation skills/有良好的沟通能力和谈判技巧. 8.Be good at time managing and have flexibility to change priorities based on the change of situation and company directions/计划性强，能根据形势和公司发展方向灵活改变工作目标. 9.Freedom and willingness to travel frequently for the company business purpose/愿意并适应频繁地出差. 10.Be familiar with Microsoft based PC software/熟悉Office电脑软件. 11.Good verbal and written skill in both mandarin and English/良好的英语说、写能力（含普通话）. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责 1.To achieve assigned individual sales and booking targets/完成指定的个人销售和预定目标. 2.To develop and maintain the competent and performance driven distribution network/能胜任开发、维护、评估分销网络. 3.To proactively develop specific process instruments market especially process industry with outcomes of qualified and quantified product/market leads and opportunities/积极开发特定的流程仪器仪表市场，特别是流程工业中量化和质化的产品及市场询价和机会； 4.Comply with and support all department and corporate policies and procedures, including but not limited to the Employee Handbook, Code of Conduct, safety, security, and ESD/遵守和支持各部门及公司政策、程序，包含但不限于员工手册，行为准则，安全，保密，和ESD. 5.To work with other team members or other functional departments to contribute to the company culture building and top line performance/ 与其他团队成员或职能部门建立公司企业文化并创造佳绩. 6.Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned/执行其他上司安排的临时任务； |
