Job Responsibilities: A. Data Management Part 1. Key user for HR data maintenance 2. Responsible for headcount reports; 3. Execute data conversion and migration 4. To provide various reports to internal customer and government B. Payroll Part: 1. To implement company salary policy and process, to accomplish the payroll distribution of all employees (including 3rd party staff) and ensure the accurate and timely. 2. Responsible for Individual income tax and social insurance 3. Prepare HR monthly reports and related analysis according to management requirement 4. Solve the problem about payroll calculation, payroll policy for local payroll employee 5. Support to deal with yearly bonus calculation, salary increase and report analysis 6. Assist to develop, standardize and implement C&B policies and guidelines to match with the internal and local external environment; Requirements: 1. A minimum of 3 years C&B experience in a MNC company with a Bachelor/Master degree 2. High energy level with strong customer service mind set & can-do attitude, work under pressure 3. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written 4. Excellent PC skills and familiarity with software applications |
