Task and Responsibilities 工作职责 ？ Review technical inquiries and tender document； 审核技术要求及投标文件； ？ Design, calculate and optimize processes in the fields of waste gas and liquid high temperature thermal incineration processes and related ancillary equipment； 设计、计算、优化废气废水高温热焚化工艺及相关辅助设备； ？ Generate process configuration, PFD’s, P&ID’s, material and energy balances, utility and consumable balances as well as technical data sheets for major equipment items； 为主要设备制造并检查工艺配置、工艺流程图、管道仪表流程图、材料能量平衡、功用与消耗平衡以及技术数据表； ？ Generate technical specifications for packaged units and process equipment； 生成并检查包装设备和工艺设备的技术规格； ？ Participate in design reviews and clarifications at the early stages of process and basic engineering works； 在工艺早期阶段与基本工程部分，参与整个设计的审核与说明； ？ Provide costing and budgetary proposal meeting technical requirements； 使成本和预算方案符合技术要求； ？ Feasibility studies and perform economic evaluation； 进行可行性研究及经济评估； ？ Managing of engineering inputs to the process / basic engineering design in support of sales/tender efforts； 在销售或投标的支持下，管理对于工艺或基本工程设计的工程投入； ？ Participate in HAZOP studies； 参与危险与可行性分析； ？ Participate and conduct training, commissioning and start-up activities； 参与和实施培训、调试、试运行活动； ？ Constantly propose/ recommend new books, information and software to furnish library for process design and technical calculation tools and databases； 持续推荐新书、信息和软件，来丰富图书馆在工艺设计、技术计算工具及数据库方面的内容； ？ Participate in detail study and product development / modularization / standardizing of current ATEA product portfolio / program； 参与细节学习，以及对现有亚德产品集的开发/模块化/标准化； ？ Prepare report to Departmental Head on bi-weekly basis； 每两周一次向部门领导做报告； ？ Other extra work assignments from the department when needed. 在需要的情况下完成该部门布置的其他任务。 Requirements 职位要求 Education: Bachelors degree or higher in Chemical / Process / Mechanical Engineering； 教育：化学/工艺/机械工程专业的本科或以上学历 Working Experience: Require minimum 2 years experience and excellent knowledge in chemical industries, theories of thermal process technology, heat and mass transfer, Process Control. Strong background in design, construction projects, incinerartion and flue gas treatment plant operation is an advantage； 工作经验：优秀应届毕业生或2年的工作经验，在化工、热处理工艺技术、热质传导、工艺控制方面有很好的知识。在设计、建筑工程、焚化及烟气处理的现场操作方面有很强的背景者优先。 Technical & Professional Knowledge: 技术和专业知识： ？ Good knowledge of both local and international codes, standards and regulations； 熟悉国家和国际准则、标准和规定； ？ Familiar with Microsoft Office Application such as Excel, Words & PowerPoint； 熟悉Microsoft Office应用，如Excel、Word、PowerPoint等； ？ Knowledge of process simulation programs such as Chemstation, Aspen is an advantage； 具有工艺模拟程序知识（如Chemstation, Aspen）者优先； Special Requirements: 其他要求： ？ Willing to travel； domestic and/ or international 愿意进行国内或国际出差 Competencies 能力要求 1. Able to communicate with client and understand their needs； 能够与客户交流并理解他们的需求； 2. Good communication skills with the ability to express idea in verbal and writing； 良好的沟通能力，口头、书写方面都有很好的表达自己的想法； 3. Good analytical thinking & problem solving skills； 良好的分析思考以及解决问题的能力； 4. Self-starters, able to work independently, and have passion for chemical and/or environmental engineering； 工作自主，能独立工作，对化学和/或环境工程有热情； 5. Eager to learn and take challenge, make things good and creative； 渴望学习以及接受挑战，做事做得好并且有创新。 * 热能与动力工程专业，并具备两年以上相关工作的 |
