具体要求：

Task and Responsibilities 工作职责：
1.competently lead multidiscipline engineering, procurement and construction teams to ensure project delivery including staff development , project management and technical responsibility
能胜任带领各类工程团队，采购团队，施工团队来确保项目准时交付，包括员工发展，项目管理和技术方面的职责
2.undertake complete project planning including schedule development, resource planning and allocation, engineering work, procurement planning , quality control , construction , commissioning
完成项目规划包括进度安排，资源规划，工程工作，采购规划，质量控制，施工，调试工作
3.understand management expectation and implement project management strategy to ensure project is complete safetly, meeting design requirements and process guarantees, quality expectations, within budget and schedule
了解管理期望和器项目管理策略确保项目安全完成，在内预算和规定时间内满足设计要求、进程保证，质量预期
4.accountable for project controls:project cost estimating ,planning scheduling, project benchmarking, effective
cost control forecasting, effective project progress control earned value reporting, change management,cash flow management and financial status of the project
有责任的为项目控制：
包括项目成本估算，计划时间表，项目基准，有效成本控制/预测，有效的项目进度控制/挣值报告，变动管理，现金流管理，项目的财务状况管理;
5.Point of contact between company and client, responsible for managing the project interfaces with all parties involved including internal and external communication, document management and transfer of relevant project data according to a communication and document control plan;
在公司之间，客户之间做好沟通工作，负责项目管理，作为内外部的沟通接口，文件管理，根据沟通计划对有关项目资料进行转交;

6. On-site management of multiple trade contractors including safety, logistics, schedule coordination and quality of work;
对多种行业承包商的现场管理职责，包括安全、后勤、计划协调、质量工作;

7. Identify and manage project risks;
鉴别和管理项目风险;
Requirements 职位要求
Education: Bachelors degree or higher in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent related discipline
教育：本科及以上学历，机械工程、化学工程与工程学相关专业

Working Experience: Minimum 10 years working experience in project execution, at least 5 years direct project management experience, knowledgeable in design and construction matters in the environmental technology, chemical, or energy related industries;
工作经验：至少10年以上在项目执行的工作经验，至少5年直接管理项目的经验，有设计及施工问题的知识，在环保技术、化工或能源相关行业;

Technical & Professional Knowledge:
技术和专业知识：
？ Demonstrated ability in managing medium to large design and construction projects of size and complexity each ranging US 10 million upwards;
有管理中大型施工项目的能力和经验，每个项目大小和复杂程度在1000万美金以上；
？ Excellent client management and communication skills;
优秀的客户管理和沟通技巧；
？ Competent to read and understand technical document/drawings;
能够深刻理解技术文件及图纸；
？ Good understanding of contracting principles and the contracting process;
能够很好的理解合约原则和合约过程;
？ Ability to motivate, mentor, manage and develop staff and team members;
有激发、指导、管理、发展员工和团队成员的能力；
？ Well versed in MS Projects;
精通MS Projects软件；
？ Fluent written and spoken English;
英语说写流利;
？ Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is desirable;
有PMP项目管理证书者优先考虑;
