Task and Responsibilities 工作职责 ? Promote & sell products/services to new and potential customers/industries; 向潜在客户和行业销售产品及服务; ? Looks for new business opportunities with current customers and current industries; 在现有客户和行业中寻找新的业务机会; ? Daily interaction with customers via significant amount of telephone calls and face-to-face communications; 常规的电话或是面对面的与客户的联系; ? Developing and coordinating both commercial and technical proposals; 制作商务报价以及配合工程师准备技术投标文件; ? Liaison with customers and our engineers on technical clarifications, commercial negotiates the terms and conditions of the contracts; 协调客户和公司工程人员之间的技术沟通以及商务谈判等; ? Responsible for debt collection targets and follow up on overdue debts; 资金回笼; ? Meet and exceed given sales target and goals; 达到和超过预订的销售值和目标; ? Proactively establish relationships with business partners and understand how partners expect you to support them; 主动与业务伙伴建立关系,了解合作伙伴的期望; ? Involve and support marketing campaign such as trade show, presentation, exhibition, demonstration, seminar etc organized by company; 参与和支持营销,如贸易展览,演示,展览,示范,由公司举办的研讨会等; ? Further develop relationship with the client. Focus on understanding the requirement from their perspective and building a joint set of qualification criteria; 进一步发展与客户的关系。重点从他们的角度上理解的要求,并建立一个统一的资格标准; ? Conduct background reading, interviews, business analysis of prospect; 进行背景研究,客户拜访,业务前景分析 ? Build credibility and become whom customers like to buy from and would recommend to their friends. Use this credibility to build relationships with coaches in new and existing accounts; 建立信誉,使客户有意向向我们公司购买,并使其推荐给他们的朋友。凭此信誉与关键人之间建立起新的和故有的利益上关系 ? Post sales support and maintain relationship with client; 售后支持和维护与客户的关系 ? Maintain accurate records of all pricing, sales and assigned report (Key Customer Visit Report, Weekly/ Monthly Report, Sales Forecast etc); 保存对所有报价单,销售合同和例行报告(重点客户拜访报告,每周/每月报告,销售预测等)准确的 记录 ? Other extra work assignments from the superior when needed. 其他上级布置的任务。 Requirements 职位要求 Education: Bachelor degree in Engineering (Environmental/ Chemical/ Mechanical/ Petroleum/ Oil/ Gas) or Business Admin.. 教育: 工程或商务专业本科学历 Working Experience: at least 4 years working experience in sales and customer service field, preferably in the engineering and chemical industry; Familiar with the industry leaders, international engineering company and the design institute in the designated region and industries; extensive sales and marketing experience in China with solid sales achievement; 工作经验:至少4年的工作经验,最好在工程业和/或指定主攻的行业;熟悉相关行业及地区内用户、国际工程公司和设计院;具有丰富的市场和销售经验并在中国取得大量的销售业绩。 Technical & Professional Knowledge: 技术和专业知识: 1. A solid understanding of the industry and market dynamics; 透彻了解行业和市场情况; A sound knowledge of business management, sales execution & customer relationship build-up; 掌握商务、销售和客户关系建立知识。 Strong understanding of customer and requirements of contractors, consultants and users; 深刻理解客户和承建商,工程顾问和用户的要求 Well versed with Microsoft Office Application such as Excel, Words & PowerPoint; 熟练掌握办公室应用软件,例如Excel、Word和PowerPoint Fluent written and spoken in Chinese; 可以用中文流利的说写 Fluent written and spoken in English is an advantage 英文说写表达流利优先 Team player with excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills; 团队精神与良好的人际沟通能力和谈判技巧 Special Requirements: 其他要求: ?
