具体要求: |
一.工作综述(General description) Work to grow label business in pointed territory. Meet and/or exceed approved territory sales goal. Establish and work with end users and distributors . Develop new accounts and grow the business at existing accounts, both at the customer and distributor level. Communicate market knowledge with the HPI electronics platform manager. Develop assigned target accounts into customers. Business should be conducted at each site so as to reach the highest decision level possible. Maintain data into SFDC.com and prepare presentations for weekly review with HPI platform manager. 二.工作职责(Responsibilities) -Meet and/or exceed approved territory sales goal. -Focus on company key sales initiatives. -Conduct research to identify all of the target market in your territory and identify key regional electronics accounts both OEM and ODM.. -Work with global Strategy Account Manager(SAM) to spec-in Brady HPI solution into ODMs and win allocation sharing at existing accounts locally. -Work with global Strategy Account Manager(SAM) to spec-in Brady HPI solution into target customer and win allocation sharing at existing accounts locally. -Develop new accounts and grow the business at existing accounts. -Work with CS and technical team to provide the best service to customers. -Cooperate with QA team to deal with any quality issue . -Communicate market knowledge with the HPI platform manager and market department. -Develop assigned target accounts into customers. -Follow-up and lead yours unclosed issue from your customers side. -Forecast and report incoming business on a monthly basis. 三.机构关系(Organization relationship) 报告于(Report to):HPI Sales Manager 监督人(Supervised by):HPI Sales Director 内部联系(inner relation):Production/Marketing/Distribution/Finance 外部联系(outer relation):Customer 四.所需资格条件(Qualifications) -Bachelors Degree, Mechanics background is preferential. -Over 5years automotive industry working experience. -Ability in both written and spoken English. -Computer literate in Microsoft office. -Good interpersonal communication skills. -Highly motivated and independent. -Successful Sales Track Record -Good analytical and ability to perform under pressure 五.工作环境和条件(Working conditions) Business Travel will be needed |
