Task and Responsibilities 工作职责 ? Develop design basic, specifications, data sheets, review vendor data for various equipment including incineration furnaces, boilers, vessels, quenches, venturis, scrubbers, ESPs, pumps, valves, heat exchangers, water treatment packages and chemical injection systems, perform technical bid evaluation and support project managers to complete engineering designs within budget and schedule； 完成各类型设备的技术参数，包含焚烧炉、锅炉、容器、急冷塔、文丘里、洗涤塔、静电除尘器、泵、阀门、换热器、水处理设备、加药系统。参与技术标准评估并协助项目经理，在项目预算及时间计划内完成工程目标； ? Perform detail mechanical design and develop fabrication details of mechanical equipment from general arrangement stage； 根据总的阶段安排，展开细节机械设计，机械设备的制造工序； ? Ensure that design verification and approvals are carried out in accordance with company procedures and requirements: 按照公司程序和要求，保证设计检验、审核顺利进行； ? Liaise with other atea specialists, external consultants and technology partners for technology seleｃtion and design； 与其他亚德专家、外部咨询师和技术伙伴联系技术选择与设计事宜； ? Participate in design reviews and HAZOP studies； 参与设计审核及危险与可行性研究； ? Engage client and vendors on technical discussions and clarifications, produce work packages for procurement, fabrication and installation； 参与客户和供应商的技术讨论与说明，和用于采购、安装和加工的生产工作包； ? Check compliance with QA/safety/environment requirements； 检查是否符合质量、安全、环境目标以及要求； ? Provide on-site support for installation, commissioning and start-up； 提供安装、调试及试运行活动的现场支持； ? Assist in supervision and training of new trainees and graduate engineering assistants. 协助管理人员，对新员工和工程助理进行培训。 Requirements 职位要求 Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent related discipline 教育：本科及以上学历，机械工程或工程学相关专业 Working Experience: Minimum 5 years working experience in detailed engineering design of environmental treatment systems in the environmental technology, chemical, or energy related industries； 工作经验：至少5年以上的工程详细设计和知识管理工作经验，在环保技术、化工或能源相关行业； Technical & Professional Knowledge: 技术和专业知识： ? Strong background in mechanical design and construction projects, related to water and exhaust treatment； 深刻的机械设计和水及废气处理的工程背景； ? Well versed in both local and international codes, standards and regulations； 熟悉国内和国际规范、标准和法规 ? Proficient in using relevant engineering design software is desirable； 精通应用相关工程设计软件 优先考虑； Competencies 能力要求 ? Competent in vendor engagement and technical evaluation； 能够深刻与供应商进行技术澄清和沟通谈判； ?
