QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS 职位要求 1.BS degree in Engineering or Business, must but not limited； 2.2+ years working experience in instruments or process industries； 3.Pressure and temperature instruments sales experience is highly preferred4.Be experienced in both direct or channel sales； 5.Highly motivated, self-starter and be capable of independently working under high pressure environment； 6.Be willing to work with team members and other functional departments； 7.Above average communication and negotiation skills； 8.Be good at time managing and have flexibility to change priorities based on the change of situation and company directions； 9.Freedom and willingness to travel frequently for the company business purpose； 10.Be familiar with Microsoft based PC software； 11.Good verbal and written skill in both mandarin and English； MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责 1.To achieve assigned individual sales and booking targets 2.To develop and maintain the competent and performance driven distribution network； 3.To proactively develop specific process instruments market especially process industry with outcomes of qualified and quantified product/market leads and opportunities； 4.Comply with and support all department and corporate policies and procedures, including but not limited to the Employee Handbook, Code of Conduct, safety, security, and ESD； 5.To work with other team members or other functional departments to contribute to the company culture building and top line performance； 6.Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned； 公司将根据员工需求，为各分公司员工缴纳当地社保公积金。 工作地点为：乌鲁木齐市解放北路339号酒花大厦2411室 |
