Task and Responsibilities 工作职责 ? Take on project-based instrumentation and controls engineering responsibilities and support project managers to complete engineering designs within budget and schedule. 对基于项目的电气机控制工程负责，支持项目经理完成工程设计，要求符合预算与时间安排 ? Design and seleｃt instruments/equipment e.g. control valves used for high temperature exhaust, chemical and industrial wastewater facilities in process industries； 针对不同环保领域（高温废气处理，化工和工业废水处理等）选择正确的仪表和阀门系统 ? Produce standard documentations of instrumentation and control according to SH/HG/IEC standard, such as instruments and valve data sheet, index, instruments hook up diagram, loop diagram, instruments earth diagram etc. 制作符合石化、化工和国际标准的电仪系统过程文件，例如 仪表数据表，索引表，仪表安装图，仪表系统回路图，仪表系统接地图等 ? Use codes, standards and practice applicable to the design and installation of instruments （e.g. API, ISA, ANSI, AGA, ISO, IEC codes etc.） and control valves； 熟悉仪表设计和安装中的常用标准（例如： API.ISA,ANSI,AGO,ISO,IEC 等） ? Engage client and vendors on technical discussions and clarifications, produce work packages for procurement, fabrication and installation； 参与客户和供应商的技术讨论与说明，生产工作包用于采购、安装和加工； ? Perform site supervision and commissioning work, trouble shoot instrument faults and solve control issues； 完成调试及启动工作，查找仪器故障并解决问题； ? Other extra work assignments from the department when needed. 在必要时完成部门布置的其他工作任务。 Requirements 职位要求 Education: Bachelors degree or higher in electrical engineering, control and instrumentation engineering or mechanical/chemical engineering with special instrumentation course or similar background； 教育：本科学历或更高，电子工程、控制、仪表工程或机械/化工专业，具有特殊仪表课程或相关背景者 Working Experience: Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in a project environment in the environmental technology, chemical, or energy related industries； 工作经验：至少有3年以上在环境技术、化工或能源相关行业工作经验； Technical & Professional Knowledge: 技术和专业知识： ? Working knowledge of electrical （motor control center, VSD etc） and control devices （process instruments, analyzer, actuator etc）； 相关的马达控制中心，变频器知识以及过程控制测量仪表，分析仪表和执行器的知识 ? Experience in high end Siemens, Allen Bradley, GE and Schneider PLC 有高端PLC 系统的使用经验（SIEMENS，AB，GE和Schneider）. ? Good knowledge in both local and international codes, standards and regulations； 熟悉国内和国际规范、标准和法规 ? Proficient in using relevant engineering design software eg Eplan is desirable； 精通应用相关工程设计软件 优先考虑； ? Experience in vendor engagement and technical evaluation； 能够与供应商进行技术澄清和沟通谈判； ? Good client management and communication skills； 好的客户管理和沟通技巧； Special Requirements: 其他要求： ?
