Key Purpose of Role: To support SAP or other related business application systems’ related projects for project management, system implementation together with related business process optimization. This position requires expert knowledge of one or more of SAP’s logistics modules (MM, SD & PP) as well as understanding of the integration points to FI & CO. Exposure to Sharepoint, CRM, SQL, and SAP BW/BO is highly regarded. Should also demonstrate strong project management skills, including experience with PRINCE2, PMBOK, ASAP or other project management methodologies. Independently plan and manage SAP related projects or activities to meet business requirements and priorities: o Engage with business partners as an interface to identify, evaluate, document and communicate all business requirements which could be related to SAP system implementation, integration or enhancements. o Analysis and propose system solutions for all those requirements o Plan and manage SAP related projects in a professional way so that projects are delivered within timeline, under budget and meeting business objectives o Conduct SAP system related activities such as configuration, data preparation, testing, user training, system cutover and operation, etc o Coordinate other SAP related activities such as auditing, remediation to audit findings, etc Requirement: Bachelor degree in computer science, business administration, electronic engineering, etc Master degree of Business Administration preferable 10+ years of experiences in IT 5+ years SAP system implementation experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment; Strong Project Management skills, Project Management certifications highly desirable; Worked on at least 2 SAP sites; Experience with other systems such as Sharepoint, CRM, BW, BO; Ability to communicate at all levels of the organisation, with the written or spoken word (Both English and Simplified Mandarin) ; Understanding of ITIL or similar service management framework; Excellent documentation skills; Strong incident, problem and change management experience ; Consulting background highly regarded. Tertiary IT education or relevant industry experience. SAP Certifications highly regarded Project Management certifications highly regarded |
