Main Responsibilities: Cost Accounting · Actual accounting and planning of: -Overhead costs (distribution/administration) -Manufacturing costs -Engineering costs -Assembly costs · Ascertainment, maintenance and analysis of: -Hourly rates (engineering, manufacturing, assembly) and cost rates (e.g. material overhead costs) -Capacities useful plan capacity for manual work centers, machine capacities in shift operation -Surcharge rates and administration and sales -Cost increase rates, tariff increases, material price increases and overhead cost increases -Allocation calculation administration of allocation/ assessment (acc. to space, capacities, etc.) -Overhead cost controlling Cost Unit Accounting · Job accounting and project controlling · Cost and efficiency control during project execution Earnings Statement · Earnings statement on the basis of profit center accounting · Profit planning Calculation · Collaboration / maintenance of the calculation scheme and calculation guideline General Tasks · Participation in the monthly reporting · Participation in creating financial, special analyses and business plans · Participation in creating annual reports · Support / consultation for cost center responsibles / controllers etc. · Coordination of the yearly budget- and cost planning · Participation in creating and monitoring internal guidelines Main Requirements: · Bachelor’s degree or above majored in accounting / controlling. · At least 5 years of professional experience in accounting / controlling. · Good command of English. · Familiar with SAP R/3 experience CO/FI. · Distinctive cost consciousness, analytical and conceptual intellectual power.
