Job responsibilities ： 1.Assist PM/APM to eｘecute the strategy from Product Category Manager to design a product line structure that maximizes gross profit dollars and customer relevance and to eｘecute the product offering in breadth and depth and the numbers of price tiers, all to best drive top-line sales growth while maximizing profitability 2.Assist PM/APM to set up the pricing by marketing research and company pricing strategy that supports the desired line structure, including identification of competitors and relative positioning of competitors. 3.Assist PM/APM to manage the cost structure of the product lines and segments 4.Assist PM/APM to develop, Maintain and manage the relationship with the suppliers to optimize the company’s financial and operational results, continuously improve supplier performance 5.Assist PM/APM to route Supply Agreement Letter （SAL） approval process 6.Work with appropriate Supply Chain partners to eｘecute product line activity in a manner that enhances the company’s inventory/ logistics objectives 7.Continually monitor the financial performance of the assigned product line and segment to ensure there is constant feedback into success of the product line strategy eｘecution 8.Other tasks assigned by Product Category Manager 9.Have indirect supplier management responsibilities, he/ she will support PM/APM for the supplier management effectiveness to ensure the effective eｘecution of the category portfolio strategy from Product Category Manager Job requirements ： 1.Bachelors Degree required, 4 to 6 years of related experience in Procurement, Merchandising, Product Management, Distribution or Retail preferred 2.Knowledge in Tools, Material Handling, Janitorial, Fasteners, Pumps and plumbing, Power transmission, Lighting and electrical, Safety and security, PPE or Test equipment is preferred 3.Knowledge in developing supplier relationship and driving suppliers performance improvement 4.Experience to develop and improve standard processes preferred 5.Strong time management skills and ability to set priorities, and skillful in MS office 6.Data analysis experience is preferred 7.Result driven and details oriented 8.Excellent communication skills, excellent English skills are preferred |
