位于吴江经济开发区的新厂筹建，首批员工招聘中！

Responsibility:
1.Process invoices and book AP accurately and timely and ensure the accruals or adjustments according to US GAAP and approved
2.Input employee expense reimbursement in ERP system
3.Prepare AP aging analysis and other statistical reports, to make payment in time.
4.Monitor down payment transactions, follow up the goods received or related confirm.
5.Handling VAT invoice verification and reconcile with VAT-input accounts
6.Prepare monthly PPV analysis report.
7.Actively participate in the monthly closing process, reconciles with suppliers for AP and OP, including ICY balance check.
8.Provide support in external and internal audits,
9.Other task if necessary

Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above in accounting, finance or a related field
2.More than 2 years’ working experience in AP processing, experience in multi-national company or shared service environment is preferred
3.Good communication (written and oral) skills in both English and Mandarin
4.Proficient in MS Office and EPR system (QAD/Oracle will be preferred)
5.Integrity, accountability, proactive working attitude, customer-oriented, self-motivated, ability to work under pressure
