具体要求：

职位简介
Responsibility:

1.Undertake the process engineering workindependently, FEED, BED or DED （at requirement） of a plant or a facility；
2.Undertake the process constructionsupervision work or site management work at requirement （for PMC or EPCmproject）；
3.To provide engineering technicaldirection to CDI and monitor CDI engineering quality （for PMC or EPCm project）；
4.To supervise the discipline design groupof CDI in order to achieve the project objectives in terms of profit, quality,safety and schedule （for PMC or EPCm project）；
5.Proposal technical support, such asschematics, manhour estimation or work quantity estimation （at requirement）；
6.Perform works to the company procedures,specifications, standards and any project specific addenda；
7.To prepare or review process designcriteria and necessary control documents based on project eｘecution plan priorto commencement of any engineering or design activities；
8.To arrange for the preparation of processdesign deliverables including PID, datasheet, detail drawings, schedules,diagrams to enable procurement, supply, fabrication, installation andconstruction to take place；
9.To prepare/ review MR, TBA and to attendvendor technical clarification meetings when necessary；
10.To provide technical assistance to theproject construction team at requirement （e.g. subcontract evaluation,definition of the scope of work, construction schematics etc.）；
11.To maintain good interfacing with otherdisciplines.

Qualification:
1.University degree of chemical engineering,at least 10 years petrochemical, chemical or coal- chemical projects workingexperience；
2.Strong experience and technicalbackground for process design, familiar with design procedure and cooperationwith other discipline；
3.Familiar with engineering deliverable atdifferent stage of project, and depth requirement；

4.Experience of using simulation andcalculation software for the help of engineering work；
5.Familiar with local and internationalengineering code and standard, regulations, and its implementation；
6.Experience with international projects oroffshore client is preferred；
7.Good responsibility, good teamworkspirit；
8.Good written and spoken English.
