Job responsibilities ： 1.Strong GCL and competitive product knowledge including application and maintenance 2.Develop/maintain good communications with customer and sales to identify and win revenue 3.Lead sales team to definetechnical customerrequirement during pre and post sales activities, demonstrate necessary on-site application engineer function 4.Take the lead in assisting customers understand GCLtechnical capability with effective product matching & seleｃtion support activity 5.Setup, maintain and improveprocesses to leverage GCL resource, ensure customer satisfaction 6.Act as technology trainer for sales team and customers Job requirements ： 1.Bachelor’s degree or above with Engineering background 2.3-5 years working experience and engineering background in an operations/customer service environment, facility maintenance and other field engineering experience 3.The ability to develop and maintain strong external and internal customer relationships by identifying and anticipating their needs then meeting/exceeding their requirements is needed 4.Proactive in adoption of new technology and tools 5.Good communication skill both in Chinese and English 6.Willing to travel |
