Main Responsibilities: -?Provide technical support and services to customers of process industry in China -?Identify customer needs and expectations and formulate an offering to meet those needs -?Review service requests for repairs and maintenance, determine nature of problem and recommend appropriate solutions -?Implementation of good safety practice of technical service activity ? Requirements: - Bachelor＇s degree or above, major in process automation, electrical and electronics engineering, applied physics or related fields -?Minimum 1 year＇s working experience, around 2 years’ customer service or technical support experience in process automation is preferred -?Good communication skills -?Aptitude to work under pressure and independently -?Strong ability of problem solving in fields -?Customer and result oriented -?Committed, responsible and initiative working attitude -?Fluency in spoken and written English is preferred -?Flexibility in travel |
