Requirements: 1.College degree or above, Majoring in mechanics, electronics, technology, electrical engineering or automation technology or in relevant subject 2. Excellent skills with general computer use and office applications such as Microsoft word, Excel and Powerpoint 3. Good Communication skill 4. Good English ability both in oral and writing 5. ERP Knowledge and technical background 6. Team spirit, willingness to cooperate 7. sense of urgency. perception Responsibilities: 1.Responsible for customer-related services through the entire inquiry/ order process, focus on delivery, inventory and price issues; 2.Responsible for receiving orders and commitment to customers and other order management functions; 3.Performing purchase orders process with suppliers, tracking and following up and ensure on time delivery; 4.Communicating with customers for the delivery and other requirements from the customers; 5.Understand customer requirement and expectation in order to respond efficiently to the product and order issue; 6.Co-work with Sales team to maintain customer relationship and new customer development. |
