Innovative Sensor Technology IST AG Switzerland, a Swiss company of the Endress+Hauser Group, is a leading global manufacturer of temperature, flow and humidity sensors based on thin film technology components in the markets of building & industrial automation, test & measurement, medical and the automotive market. For the further expansion of our high tech company, we are offering a full time position in Shanghai China: Sales Engineer To strengthen the sales development in China, we are looking for a technically oriented Marketing and Sales Engineer; You will work close with our headquarters in Switzerland and sales office in USA to provide innovative sensor solutions for the Chinese market. You will participate to be the first point of call for all incoming office communications and be responsible for technical solutions to provide better support to our customers. Your tasks: § Providing technical support on site, summarize and analyze customer needs and report/communicate to internal divisions. § Participate to sales and budget responsibility § Ability to travel and visit customer at least 50% within China(Taiwan included) § Contribution to the development of customer relationship § Participate to lead generation process such as participation to national trade shows. § Planning and implementation of marketing activities, such as creation of white papers and new products introductions Your qualification: § Degree in a technical subject is mandatory § Spoken and written English and Chinese language professionally, English certificates preferred. § German or any additional language is a plus § Excellent MS Office and computer skills, SAP/ERP is an asset § Interest and enthusiasm for high tech industrial products like sensors and thin film technology § Able to cope with stress, methodical, professional, confident and outgoing personality § Flexible, highly organized, able to deal with multiple priorities We expect you to bring creativity and flexibility and consistent performance under pressure.
