具体要求：

Resbonsibility:
-Construction supervision in reviewing construction methods and procedures.
-Interprets design-engineering drawings for the use of contract supervisors as required.
-Reviews change notices and audits contractor requests for progress payments.
-Maintains updated subcontractor schedules, as assigned.
-Performs field-engineering assignments of a mechanical nature requiring a full working knowledge of field engineering practices and the exercise of professional judgment within the framework of broad guidelines provided by superiors.
-Accountable for insuring implementation of Project HSE requirements.
-Reviews contractor field sketches of revisions/additions and "as built" drawings.
-Reviews design drawings, studies interference problems and reviews related vendor drawings and installation instructions.
-Reviews contractor preparation of field bulk material purchase requisitions, including estimates of the quantities and material takeoffs of the field purchases of materials.
-Reviews contractor material deliveries and storage of materials.
-Reviews contractor projections and schedules for manpower, material and equipment requirements.
-Reviews field change notices, extra work orders and prepares back charge notices.
-Reviews project Planning and Scheduling documents on progress.
-Reviews contractor quantity estimates and project design and engineering bills of materials to ensure their completeness.
-Reviews contractor records of quantity information, evaluates data, prepares applicable reports as requested by site management.
-Monitors the activities of contractors to ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
-Monitors installation of materials and equipment to assure conformance with drawings and specifications.

Minimum Requirements:
-5 + years experience in large construction company or multi-national engineering company or project
-Degree in mechanical engineering.
-Familiar with international engineering and project execution procedures
-Good knowledge of international and Chinese standards and codes
-Proficient in applicable software of word, excel, etc.
-Be able to communicate in English
-Effective communication and coordination skills
-Self-motivated and ability to work independently
-Excellent team-work spirit
