Main responsibilities: - Management of company cars, e.g. reservation, insurance, repair and so on. - Management of the office environment, e.g. carpet washing, plants, pictures. - Travel booking and the relevant monthly payment, hotel & flight. - The Primary bidding report and source of the suppliers for the Administration contracts - purchasing, service, maintenance and the inspection of the suppliers＇ service. - Assistant for the organization of company events, e.g. annual party, company outing. - Stationary order and dispense. - Reception work, incl. mail service, door card management. - Support SMS colleagues to apply for the visa. Requirements: - College graduate or above. - At least 3 years of working experience as an administration assistant / officer in multinational companies. - Good communication skills in English. - Skillful at Word/Excel/Access/Power Point. - Initiative, resourcefulness and problem solving ability. - Strong communication skills internal or external. - Attention to details & diligent working style. - Time management and quick action.
