Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree with major in accounting or finance, 1-2 years working experience in similar position or 2014 fresh graduate with Finance or relevant major is acceptable.
2.Integrity, sense of responsibility, can-do attitude.
3.Teamwork and work under pressure
4.Good communication skill in both Chinese and E
nglish.
5.Sensitive to numbers, excellent Excel skills.
Main Duties:
1.Process vendor invoices, check invoices with purchase orders, approval and GRN
2.AP Payments Application, ensure all payments are supported by documentation, ensure payments are made timely accurately; Confirm all payments are supported by valid cash and avoid overdraft.
3.To complete the monthly AP closing and inter-company AP reconciliation before deadline
4.To provide the AP statement , AP aging analysis reports, etc
5.Petty Cash and Expenses Claim
6.Prepare Bank Payments and Bank Receiving
7.Fulfill bank reconciliation form each month
8.Perform other assigned tasks, not specifically mentioned in the job description
