职位描述

岗位职责： 1、负责处理涉及售后服务工作的电话投诉或咨询，记录相关内容并存档，同时根据所投诉问题的类型确定责任部门或责任人，重大问题及时报告部门主管。负责《客户投诉处理单》和《售后服务跟踪档案》的管理和维护。
2、负责跟踪和回访新老客户产品的使用情况，特别是新产品和试用产品的使用情况，每月汇报产品质量反馈报告。
3、负责提供国内客户有关技术方面的售前和售后服务支持的管理工作，包括客户咨询、现场系统的安装、技术培训和故障品维修等。
4、负责对营销人员、代理商和客户相关人员提供产品知识培训以及使用、维修、维护技术指导。
5、负责与公司研发中心对口，了解和跟踪研发部门的技术动态，提出培训请求，及时掌握相关技术。并负责对公司产品的常见故障、多发问题、关键问题，结合客户意见向研发部提出整改、完善建议。
6、密切关注水表行业信息和市场动态，汇总有关竞争对手信息，每周整理成文上报客服主管。
