Function: Production (Hyperion reporting category)
Description of function :
General responsibility
This position is responsible for the overall plant management from the initial setup and constructions to the overall continuous operations of a gas metering and gas utilization products poduction plant in Shanghai. The position is responsible for managing the complete production and operations team to effectively function under the guidance of the general manager.

Requirements:
1. Minimum education: master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation & Manufacturing field.
2. Fluent in both English and Chinese reading, writing and verbal communication skills as a must and have worked in a multi-culture, multi-language international environment at management position for at least 5 years
3. Minimum 10 years of related mechanical/electronic production facility management experience.
3. Strong leadership, communication and interaction skills, outstanding communication skills at all levels of the organization and across all functional units, be able to impart knowledge of the process in a positive, value added manner.
4. Demonstrated business leadership, project management and technical abilities, have the capability in the prioritizing and managing of multiple activities.
5. Results oriented, professional with strong interpersonal skills who can work across organizational lines and who can achieve business objectives through personal initiative and energy.
